Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We will work with our print partner to resolve eligible issues quickly by issuing a replacement or store credit.

When you book with Kingdom Academy, your time is sacred—and so is ours.

• All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• You will receive a confirmation email with Zoom/phone info

• You may reschedule up to 1 time with at least 12 hours' notice
• Reschedule requests must be sent to kingdomgirlsonly@gmail.com

• No-call/no-show appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled
• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable

By using our site, purchasing from Ella Allen Boutique, or booking with Kingdom Academy, you agree to:

• Not copy, share, or redistribute content or coaching materials
• Respect the time and boundaries of our coaching space
• Not engage in harmful, disrespectful, or illegal behavior during sessions

All coaching services are offered through Kingdom Academy LLC for spiritual, educational, and motivational purposes only. Coaching is designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and spiritual insight—not to replace mental health care or professional consulting.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own actions and decisions
• You are aware that coaching does not guarantee outcomes
• You will not hold the coach or company liable for life/business choices
